As our Brand Ambassador, you will be trained to generate new leads for our clients, curate great customer service, achieve set expectations, and work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to provide the best experience possible for both our clients and their customers.
What we’re looking for in a Brand Ambassador:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and improve!
- Team player with an outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and/or hospitality
Brand Ambassador duties:
- Proper implementation of local marketing campaigns using sales strategies
- Providing excellent customer service to help the client build and retain their customer base
- Demonstrate proper product and services knowledge to the customers
- Directly engage face-to-face with customers in a retail environment
- Drive revenue and generate SALES
